Great Water Project

Please have your team develop plans for a grand public project to harness, store and divert the Mississippi River floods to Texas and other states West of Misouri. This can be a great project, involving tens of dams and reseroirs, and hundreds of miles of aquaducts. It can effectively control and eliminate seasonal floods. It can also create many millions of jobs and recreational facilities for all to enjoy.
And of course it can solve the issues related to cycle of drought in many of the state.
This project is nothing short of the greatest human projects and will go down the history along with the greatest public projects every conceived and implemented by man anywhere throughout the history of the world.
