CA has both wind and sun in abundance. However, we also have rivers to generate hydro-electric energy. Creating more wind mill farms AND allowing private citizens to generate excess solar energy (I personally would donate mine) is 1 way to get this rolling. Don't let TX be the #1 state for use of green energy!!
