We need to strictly limit the sale of bullets to individuals and sell bullets ONLY to persons who have an intensely thorough mental health and criminal evaluation and investigation. There has been rhetoric over the years as to whether PEOPLE or GUNS kill and in reality the vehicle of death is the bullet itself. We need to strictly control their sale along with other measures ending the sale of assault weapons and intense background checks on gun purchasers.
