GUNS are the PROBLEM so let's get control of them like we do automobile registration.
Why is this important?
GUN CONTROL:
1. All NEW and OLD guns must be registered.
2. Require background / competence checks of owners and to-be-owners before the purchase of a gun.
3. Require gun owners to own a container to secure weapons OR Smart-Guns that recognize only the owner to use it.
4. Require resale of guns to be regulated. Losing a gun must result in a stiff penalty reduced by reporting it.
5. Provide a method for State-of-Mind checks to investigate a specific gun owner or person with access to guns.
