No fire arm is to be sold anywhere or by anyone without an appropriate Identication of the buyer and the serial number and brief description of fire arm.
Why is this important?
Noticed that anyone can buy a real gun that could kill people from anyone and anywhere as long as the seller is not a regulated dealer like Big 5, BiMart, and so forth. My great concern is that not even an ID is required at garage, estate sales and by individuals. I see a real loophole here, where a control of fire arms distribution is lost.
