Govrnment funding to Mental fasilitys to properly take care of the mentally challenged.By helping them we help ourselves!
Why is this important?
I personally have known people who were mentally retarded and have been placed in prison.In this day and time that is unforgivable.The last two outbreaks of gun violence were by people with mental problems.In a modern society we need places,funded by the government that can properly take care of these people.Its not a second ammendment issue,its not about gun nuts and its not about more security in the schools.Its not a religious issue, it common sense!
