Gun Control Now

The most deadly shooting in American history just took place in Orlando, FL. A painful reminder of yet another tragedy in U.S. history. Is this the kind of country we want to be or live in? This is unfortunately the high price we continue to pay for the our leader’s failure to pass stronger gun laws. We must demand that our elected officials act and are no longer beholden to an irresponsible gun lobby. What we are asking is very concrete:
- A federal ban on assault weapons
- Empower the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives)
- Allow the Center for Disease Control to study gun violence
The time is now! Gun violence is a public health issue. Take action. Spread the word!
