Why is this important?
All registered guns should be insured; as the way automobile insurance is. Manditory Gun Insurance would slow down the purchasing of guns. A medical and eye exam would be updated each year. And a mental exam would be necessary also for a permit to purcase a gun. A class in handling a weapon would also be needed. These forms of completion would have to be shown to the local law enforcement of each city.
Insurance Companies might assist in this legislation for the revenues and fine tuning of this bill.
