Any crimes committed by the registered gun of the owner of that firearm, shall be applied to that gun owner. And any fines, penalties or jail time will also be applied equally or more to that gun owner.
Why is this important?
Taking responsibility for the gun that you own. If you decide to buy a gun you must be responsible to society for all actions of that gun until sold, passed on, or retired from society by being destroyed. You put this gun into our society you must take responsibility for it's actions.
