On the back or in addition to the gun sale affidavit/application a questionaire shall/may be answered by the sales agent after the customer is finished that would alert the BATFE to ANY unusual or suspicious charicteristics of the customer. This will allow the BATFE to investigate or reject applicant during the waiting period.
ie: Does the applicant act unusual, suspicious, nervous?
Does the applicant display strange or out of the ordinary clothing, hair color, tatoos, etc.?
Do you have reason to believe this person may be unstable, on drugs?

To help gun stores in preventing sales to unstable or questionable individuals.
