Too many guns end up in the hands of the wrong people. This must change. Citizens should be able to sue gun manufacturers and sellers as well as legal owners for injury or death of their loved ones, as was the case before 2005 Congressional action.
Why is this important?
We have long been concerned about the increase of mass shootings in our country since the 2005 Congressional action that no longer holds gun manufacturers responsible. This must change!
