All federal elections be required to use paper ballots only and create a paper trail of each vote cast in case of a recount. Any machinery used for voting or vote counting in any federal election must not be electronic and/or capable of being hacked.
Why is this important?
Neither Democrats nor Republicans will ever secure electronic voting computers against foreign or domestic hackers. Both parties benefit from hacked elections. If paper ballots cost more, the expense is more than worth it.
