National Day of Remembrance and Memorial, in honor of Hailey Owens February 19th. A day of Memorial for Hailey and all the children who never made it home by lighting a candle or leaving a light on to light their way home.
Why is this important?
Hailey Owens, Springfield, MO., was Kidnapped and found dead in less then 3 hours. We the people should remember so such horrific crimes may never happen again.
