Hair Salons/ Beauty Industry

Allow Salons and Beauty professionals to operate with less than 10 in building ,taking temperatures at the door and having clients call when they arrive. We will meet them at the door, take temperature and have them immediately wash their hands. We would both, client and stylist be required to wear gloves and masks. Stylists will maintain a safe and sanitary environment. This should start by May 4th, staying on board with hopes of Gov.Parsons. We are highly trained in disinfecting and sanitizing already and often wear masks due to chemicals we breathe in. We ask for us Salon workers to get back to taking care of our clients and feeding our families. We just dont want to be forgotten when things do open up. We are dedicated to maintain a safe space for our clients. Unlike many bars and restaurants , we cannot offer curb-side pick up, or delivery, or take out. We are just completely out of business. Please look at the impact on the Beauty Industry and the families affected.

Why is this important?

We are not only hair stylists, or manicurists, or estheticians....but we are friends, some consider us family. We are a shoulder to cry on when sad, we share dreams and laugh, we are an ear to listen, a source for advice. We not only make people feel good on the outside....but we make them feel good on the inside as well.
