Millions of able bodied people have the placards and park where they shouldn't be; because they're SELFISH AND LAZY. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! This shouldn't be tolerated, but law enforcement looks the other way and Congress chooses to do nothing. Even the ADA refuses to act.
Why is this important?
I've had ale bodied people take my parking space for 31 years and I'm fed up.
