This petition is an effort to encourage the Governor of Rhode Island and the Head of Behavioral Services to refund Oasis Wellness and Recovery Center, which is a huge part of many Rhode Islanders recovery journey.

Oasis Wellness and Recovery Center had their budget cut by BHDDH and is struggling greatly to serve those living with mental illness.
