📜 Recognition of Rights: The State of Maryland acknowledges the importance of empowering employee voices, yet HCC administration has failed to respond to our legitimate concerns and proposals.
💪 Union Power: We formed our union to secure a genuine say in college governance. A faculty contract is essential to ensuring student concerns are heard and addressed effectively.
🚫 End the Stonewalling: Despite our efforts to engage in meaningful dialogue, the administration has stonewalled our union since negotiations began in January.
