STOP the illegal activity and mishandling of funds from acting Board members ,Mayor Bloomberg we need a department that over sees Board members of H.D.F.C buildings , Dept that would immedialtey take action and follow up with shareholders complaints please sign your name
Why is this important?
I currently reside in a HDFC building where shareholders are obligated to self managing , My issue is that so many buildings have been affected by this type of managing when no one oversees what the board is doing ,In my building we have a Treasurer who has withdrawn over 25k in cash and no one knows what to do about it , Mayor Bloomberg is behind these programs but he never implemented a progarm or dept that would oversee that the buildings are be governed by the bylaws,We need a dept that oversees HDFC buildings
