A life is a life and a gift, We need to reform the pre-exsisting condition for animals and if you rescue a animail you should get a break in animal insurance. It is time to lower the cost overall!! So many animals are being given up because of this...I feel we are being taken advantage of. Lower animal health care cost and millions would be saved. I think it is so sad and wrong to say we can't help you because of pe-exsisting condition for any life. Life is not a business, Its about living and humanatarian to care for it.
