Congress needs to hold hearings to learn what could be done better to respond to hurricanes like Maria. We should always look for ways to improve especially since climate change is likely to increase the frequency of these huge storms.
Why is this important?
I want government to care about doing the best possible job, instead of being defensive about any criticism.
