If car-drivers are required BY LAW to wear seat-belts, why are Motorcyclists exempt from mandatory helmet laws? We ALL pay the costs of traumatic-brain-injuries and deaths incurred from NOT wearing helmets. ( What do you call a motorcyclist who DOESN'T wear a helmet?..... AN ORGAN DONOR!!)
