Help Americans get “Back to Life” not just to a “Job”
Project Renewal 21 “Projecting Renewal for the 21st Century” is a “Back to Life” initiative that was created by a coalition of citizens, businesses and community organizations who believe that it is impossible to adequately address the needs of the 21st Century workforce with the antiquated 20th Century back to work solution that are currently in place. Times have changed, the culture has changed, rules have changed and the needs and expectations of our communities, leaders and programs have changed as well.
Let’s face it, most of us are experiencing the worst social, economic and political climate of our lives and it’s going to take more than “tips and tactics” to heal from the effects. It’s going to take a concerted, strategic and extremely relevant course of action to bring balance back into the lives of the 21st Century workforce and we need your help.
Let’s join together and send a message of encouragement to the job seekers and support to PJR21’s Initiative.
Your support is laying the groundwork for a nationwide movement toward getting “America Back to Life” not just a job. To learn more about our initiative and how you can help please visit our Community Partners page at www.pjr21.com

Why is this important?
It is documented by clinical psychologists that anyone experiencing job lost for more than 6 weeks starts to foster feelings of despair, bitterness, anger and resentment. To date, the average length of unemployment is currently between 37-39 weeks coupled with the fact that the 21st Century Job Seeker(s) and employee(s) have lost either homes, families, savings, identities and trust in leadership, makes for a highly unstable workforce and reasonably so.
Let’s send a message of solidarity, hope, support and unity to every worker and job seeker within the 21st Century workforce. In a time where leadership has not only been questioned but desolately absent, it is OUR responsibility to step up and help restore trust amongst our families, friends, neighbors, students and returning veterans who are still struggling to secure balance within this workforce.
