By diverting 1% of our military budget, we can construct emergency housing, schools, and medical facilities for children arriving at our border and for children in Latin America. These construction projects will reduce unemployment, stimulate our economy, and create goodwill for the United States.
Why is this important?
Do we really want to be a people who turn our backs on children?
One percent of the United States military budget would provide enough money for 60 or more hundred million dollar projects to assist children who arrive here and to assist those in the places they must now flee.
