This Petition is about, Drug Treatment in Maryland. Treatment is so needed in the state of Maryland, not just 30 day treatment Programs, but some kind of LONG Term Treatment. Most Addicts has been using Drugs most of their LIFE, and 30 Days just isn't enough to assist someone in getting CLEAN...............AFFORDABLE Treatment is VERY NEEDED...........
