Stop the killing, abuse, and over population of dogs and cats. All dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered. The only exception would be those who breed for show dogs and legal breeders. NO PUPPY MILLS. The abuse and killing has to stop now.

Why is this important?
Everyday thousands of innocent dogs and cats are torchered and abused. Shelters are euthanizing thousands of dogs and cats daily. Dogs are taken from shelters daily in order to use them as bait dogs in pit bull fights. This has to stop. Please help stop the abuse by siging this petition in hope to protect our precious 4 legged friends. We are their voice.
