Teathered dogs are in danger from loose animals, climate and much more, dogs dont deserve to live a life of misery on the end of a 5 foot leash.. Please help and Share!!
Why is this important?
So far 6 muncipalties in PA have SPCA endorsed ordiances that make it illegal to teather dogs that spend their entire lives outside. Owners of any 24-7 outside dogs will be required to builed a kennel or to take their dogs inside regularely.
