Higher Education needs 1 to be made a reasonable cost and 2 needs to be funded in a manor that does not put an extreme financial burden on the student.
Why is this important?
I have had personal experience with the issue of the expense of higher education. My children have had college loans that seem never ending and they are soon going to have their own children with theses problems.
