HOA Accountability
To get answers to questions we in the community have regarding the spending of our money without meetings or bids and the lack of fiduciary duty by the HOA and the fact that they don't follow our bylaws or stateless regarding our board annual elections. To have them answer our concerns as we don't have any meetings, so we need 70 people minimum to sign this petition
Why is this important?
A prime example is the fact that they never notified ANY neighbor regarding the last election held in February, therefore, securing their position for another 3 years.
