Hold Bank of America accountable
Bank of America permitted use of the account with no authorization from the only account-holder, Albert P. Sales, Jr. Bank of America had contacted te account holder about adding the exwife three times, and refused each time with explanation. Bank of America has lead to damages beyond the small amount of money involved. We ask that Bank of America remove this account from any attempts to collect and report it as resolved fraud to the credit agencies.
Why is this important?
Bank of America has permitted unauthorized use of a personal line of credit by the holder's ex-wife during a divorce. After years of trying to resolve this, while making payments to protect their own credit score, the account holder has been denied any reasonible remedy. Bank of America will foreclose after as little as one late payment, so should they not be held accountable for their own mistakes?
