Hold Prospective and Existing Police Officers to Higher Standards

Make U.S. prospective police officers go through more training, and have at least 60 units of college credits, especially including a civics and a race and ethnicities course.

Why is this important?

We have seen too many people in the U.S. die at the hands of unqualified and ill-equipped police officers who are meant to serve and protect the people, not disrespect and murder them. We need a change, and the beginning to this should be steeper qualifications.
