The City of Chicago has detained many "suspects" without effective recourse to legal remedy. This is a violation of the constitution and must be investigated by the US Department of Justice.
Why is this important?
I am a citizen of Chicago and therefore deeply concerned about justice in our city. As Aristotle observed, a city without justice is no city at all.
