We the people know the billions dollars of tax paying residents and US Citizens that were allocated by President Obama to bailout homeowners. That money never reached the intended reciepients. It was absorbed by lending institutions and banks for their own greed. Now the banks have all the money and all the homes. For any of us that have not lost our homes we be allowed to participate in bailout programs with out political obstacles. For those who have lost our homes, they be compensated for their loss. The loss will be determined by State equalized value vs/ amount owed on home mortgage at the time of forclosure.

Why is this important?
Taxpaying residents who are in process or lost their homes due to forclosure. Many of us applied for programs to save our homes and lost them anyway, because we were deemed not eligible for home mortgage bailout, loss mitigation, hardship bailout, deed in leiu of forclosure and short sale programs.
