Banks and Lenders will have to ensure the homeowner they have the Right to For closure on their property by proof they have posses the Original Note. Any new Trustee propose or plan to sell the property is subject to prove by bothe Lenders and Homeowner.
Why is this important?
Level the plain field between Banks and homeowner, avoid OR minimize fraudulent as in the case of ROBO SIGNING and abuse by Banks OF Home owner, Held Title Insurance and Trustee in Check.
