Homeownership for the middle class

Rent takes more than a 1/3 of a family income. Homeownership provides security for a family. Government should finance the construccion of apartment buildings to sell apartments to the middle class. That will create 1000s of jobs for construction workers, and it will growth and develop the middle class. The private construction sector makes it impossible for a middle class' family to own an apartment or house.
