To honor military, search and rescue, and first responder service dogs as fellow heroes on Veterans Day. These dogs provide untold support during vital missions and provide companionship during high stress situations. They need to be recognized as supporting heroes that are often forgotten and will give their lives to protect and serve this nation in so many ways.This will provide direct participation of these heroes with their Human trainers/owners in parades and shall allow for special medals for them after heroic deeds.
Why is this important?
That all military, search and rescue, and first responder service dogs be recognized on Veterans Day as co-heroes. These are often forgotten and abandoned and deserve recognition.
