We the Citizens of these United States demand that the United States Government adhere to the boundaries set forth by the 1851 Treaty between the United States and the Sioux. All moneys that the Sioux have continually rejected as payment for their lands will be used for the relocation of non-Indian persons out of the territory. The Sioux shall be left to live as their ancestral and tribal customs dictate including all forms of governance, religion, education, and commerce. We The Citizens of the United States apologies to the Sioux for failing to hold our elected officials accountable to us for the sake of our national sense of fairness and justice.
