HOOSIERS! Overturn Indiana Ban on Banning Single use plastic bags
We need to overturn the ridiculous bill signed in 2016, to not allow counties to choose whether they want single use plastic bags or not. This is textbook overreach by a supposedly" small government" republican led state house. Let the people choose, not corporations!
Why is this important?
I have been a lifelong Hoosier, except for 3 years I lived in Florida. While living there, I was appalled by the plastic bags all over the beaches and in the water. I'm trying to protect our home, and our future generations from the same fate. Please sign this petition and let the people decide what kind of a world we want to leave for our children. Thank you!
