The House Science, Space and Technology Committee is so fascinated with life on other planets it's apparently given up on saving life back home — Lamar Smith's committee has held more hearings on the search for extraterrestrial life this year than it has on the dangers of climate change.
That Lamar Smith can cast doubt on global warming while believing in little green men shows how much the House Science Committee needs refocusing.
Call on the committee to dedicate its time to the very real dangers of human-caused climate change in the second half of 2014!
