Child pornographers are harming children, and there are laws in place to stop them. To get a wire tap on your phone, it takes a warrant. Why shouldn't it take more than "Having an internet connection" to have your internet history kept the same way? This is a blatant invasion of piracy that should not be allowed to continue.
Why is this important?
While SOPA and PIPA appear to be defeated, there is still another bill to be afraid of. H.R. 1981 hides behind child pornography to excuse taking greater control of the internet and keeping logs far longer than they are required. The right to privacy extends to the internet.
