HSBC Drug Criminals Should Do Time
The message sent by the Justice Department to criminal bankers is wrong. Being the accomplices of drug criminals and murders should demand long jail sentences, not some puny fine paid out of criminal corporate profits.
Why is this important?
People go to prison for possessing small quantities of marijuana. Why are bank criminals who enable murderers and terrorists let off with a small fine paid for by a criminal corporation? Is small time crime the only prosecutable offense in America any more?
