This law will be in memory of the mother who was shot in the face in front of her 3 children by her abuser who paid bail then went to kill her. It will make perpetrators who are convicted on domestic violence charges unable to be released on bail.
Why is this important?
Because domestic violence victims need stronger laws than the ones that exist, in honor of this beautiful lady.
