During tornado season, access to live weather coverage is often the difference between life and death for millions of people. If Hulu would provide access to local news channels live to ALL account holders—even if they can't afford the $45/mo cost of Hulu Live—it would save lives.
Why is this important?
I am from the heart of tornado alley, from a town where many cannot afford the cost of a cable subscription. The ability to access local news channels on Hulu Live from any device would mean people could access live weather coverage wherever they were, including from underground storm shelters. It would save lives.
