There are about 20 counties, out of 100, including Cabarrus that still use the cruel, horrific gas chamber to kill healthy, unwanted or over - populated animals, which take up to 30 minutes to die. I would like to get those 20 to change to a humane method of euthanasia, such as the needle. It will be cheaper also.
Why is this important?
I have watched a video, in tears, hearing those precious dogs scream in pain inside the gas chamber - small & large & healthy. PLEASE BE HUMANE & MERCIFUL & PASS A LAW, where all counties have to change to the needle.
