Humanitarian Protection for Puerto Rico
FEMA is leaving Puerto Rico in the coming weeks; food and water and any aid being given thus far will be shut off to the American citizens of Puerto Rico. Tell the human rights groups to step in and offer to protect the islands’ citizens. We need their government to allow aid in and to allow fair impartial distribution. I fear that no contingency plan will threaten many lives. Our American citizens need to be protected against human rights violations.
The genocide of the American citizens cannot be allowed! Puerto Rico is going on 4 months without proper aid distribution. The donations and aid have been commandeered by their own leadership, cherry picking and aiding affluent areas, their cronies; many homes have never had power. The supplies and monies have been hoarded internally. How long before any human rights groups intervene; what does it take?
Resources are currently being squandered. We need to sound off and get aid from the human rights groups. We’ve tried negotiating, cutting through red tape, going there in person thinking we are alleviating delays in getting aid out, pressure from online groups, yet nothing else has worked. At this point, intervention from a global humanitarian aid group and actual protection by them from the upcoming genocide that will ensue when the food and water distribution via FEMA will be cut off from the islands citizens is our only recourse. They are essentially political refugees, their own government is abusing them and causing deaths, hardships beyond human endurance, third world like situations on American soil. This is a grave injustice! We need this to reach high alert and priority on all the media globally. This is a true humanitarian crisis. This is a mass extermination, and it cannot be allowed to happen.
Please join me in getting the attention and aid of the world’s top humanitarian crisis agencies and watchdog groups. Puerto Rico without food and water will be a death camp. We cannot have this happening next door to the greatest nation on earth. They are our citizens, not immigrants looking for a handout. These human rights violations pose a clear and present danger to all of the American citizens of the island. Time to sound the alarm and get aid to Puerto Rico immediately. Petition for the human rights and humanitarian crisis groups to go and aid Puerto Rico personally and step in with their presence, not allow the island’s governmental corruption and our indifference and prejudices to sign a death warrant to our neighbors.
The time is now. This is your call to action save Puerto Rico. Help right this wrong. We should be taking better care of our own people.
Gracias!

Why is this important?
Getting humanitarian crisis aid and protection of human rights into Puerto Rico is needed immediately, as FEMA is leaving the island very soon. Food, water supply, and aid distribution will be cut off.
This is a human rights violation and it’s a humanitarian issue. We need to request the protection of the citizens of Puerto Rico. They are Americans. Mass genocide and erasing their culture is also a crime. I am Puerto Rican, this island is my second home, our roots are all there.
My father Teddy Torres’ legacy as a foremost guitarist and creator of a seminal genre of music needs preserving for our children and grandchildren; he is part of the island’s diaspora. He was a veteran hiding in a Korean jungle for 3 days under a pile of dead bodies, waiting for rescue. In the Army, he served two Korean tours. He was also a part of the island’s musical and cultural history, a native of Caguas.
I need this part of our lineage preserved. It is essential to me, my family, as are our customs, culture, and way of life. They are our greatest treasures. We want a free, healthy, thriving Puerto Rico restored. Help me save Puerto Rico.
