Madison, SD is a growing community with a nationally ranked college, new hospital under construction, new housing, and dozens of employers growing. We only have one small grocery store with little selection, and poor quality produce. Land is available near the new hospital. We are between the Sioux Falls and Brookings stores, so delivery is already routed in the area. We need a Hy-Vee!
