Many of the current bus lines in Potrero Hill run on diesel. Given the steep terrain of our streets, emissions from these buses are unacceptably high. Help us pressure Muni to allocate newer lower emission buses to Potrero Hill.
Why is this important?
Residents of Potrero Hill are already affected by pollution from both the 101 and 280 freeways. The city and Muni should prioritize allocation of newly purchased hybrid buses to Potrero Hill.
