Please stop the deportation of our friend and community member, Jeni Mendoza Zuniga A#098-115-951. In a recent memo ICE indicated that parents of U.S. born minors should not be deported. We ask that you implement this policy change and let Jeni stay with her 4-year-old daughter Stacy Argueta Mendoza, 6 year-old daughter Beyance Bridget Arguetta Mendoza & her 4 year-old Steve Argueta Mendoza son. Jeni is a loving mother, an integral part of the Prince William en Virginia. Jeni has lived in the United States since March 11, 2004. In October 2013 Jeni was question by a Virginia police officer after, then sent to ICE. Jeni charges were dropped but ICE put a hold on her. Jeni had no criminal activity.
We ask ICE in Fairfax to close Jeni case. Jeni escaped violence in Honduras to provide a better life for Stacy, Beyance, & Steve. Thousands of innocent people are killed in Honduras don’t let a mother of 3 US Citizens be the next victim. LAST year Hondurans were about 80 times more likely than Western Europeans to be murdered.1Jeni is very involved in her community, since arriving in this country Jeni has worked towards her education first with a Dentist Assistant Certificate from Sanford Care Institute. Then Jeni was certified b the Northern Virginia Community College as an X-ray technician. Currently Jeni is working towards GED form International Media Academy.
.
Jeni is involved in four ministries King Castle Ministry, She is the treasurer in charge of The Laidies Ministry and a lso is in Charge of all raise funds activities, and Jeni is a teacher at Family Reunions. Jeni has established roots in the United States of America
Jeni is a good mother, a good American, and her children need her here. How can a 8-year-old, 6-year-old and a 4-year-old live without their mother? Steve the youngest child is having emotional distress knowing his mother can be taken from him at any time.
Thank you for your attention and we hope that you make the right decision & let Jeni stay home with her children.

Why is this important?
Jeni will separated from her 8-year-old son, Stacy, and 6-year-old daughter, Beyance, and 4-year-old Steve. On Friday February 24, 2014, Jeni was told by ICE in Fairfax Virginia to pack her bags and say good bye to her children because she will be leaving the United States of America soon. Jeni has only days to stop her deportation. I know that the community has the power to stop separating families.
You can help keep Jeni with her 3 small children. Jeni has lived in Virginia since 2004. Jeni has worked really hard all of these years to provide for her children and to see them go to school. Her dream is to see her son and daughter go to college and to be a dental assistant helping people with their dental problems.
In 2013, Jeni was detained by Prince William Police officers on a charge that was later dropped. ICE detained Jeni for 14 days before being let go and then put into deportation proceedings. Jeni spent 14 days in detention away from her infant children for wanting to change the future of her children. Like many of us Jeni wasn’t born in the United States of America with all of its opportunities. Jeni took action and provided an opportunity for a better life for her children. In Honduras they would be 80 times more likely to be murdered than here in the US. I would do the same and I know you would too. Please help keep Jeni with her children!
