Idaho needs Public Financing of Elections
Enact the Hamilton-Grant project to publicly finance political campaigns in Idaho
Why is this important?
Our government is supposed to be accountable to the people, but instead it is accountable to the funders. Currently the funders are not the people. This is corruption. Public financing of campaigns would make the people the funders. We need a Hamilton-Grant project for Idaho: $10 from state treasury for each voter as a voting voucher, up to $50 private contributions,:candidates opt in voluntarily but take notihing else
