Idaho Power should shut off coal powered plants during low demand

Turn off coal-powered plants when the demand is low.

Why is this important?

With the cost of power affecting everyone and the hot dry summer affecting our atmosphere, why should the coal powered plants continue to be powered up when demand is low?

Wind power should be the alternative to the dirty coal emissions used unnecessarily when demand is low.
