Impeach and charge Governor Rick Perry of Texas
Governor Rick Perry of Texas should be impeached and charged with breaking the Obama Healthcare law. He must obey all State and U.S. laws without prejudice. His Oat of Office demands it, the people of Texas demand it and the people of the U.S. demand it.
Why is this important?
Rick Perry has said publicly that he will not uphold the law and not implement "Obama Care". He took an oath when he took office to uphold the laws of Texas as well as the United States. He does not have the choice on what laws to enforce. He is not above the law and neither is Texas.
